It's not just the Democrats and Republicans joining together in opposition to the U.S. government's genius neocon idea for a strike against Syria - it's U.S. troops, too. An online survey of 750 active-duty U.S. troops suggests that opposition to striking Syria is "more intense" among military personnel than it is even among the American public.
Reports Military Times, "about 80 percent say they do not believe getting involved in the two-year-old civil war is in the U.S. national interest."
"Our military is tired," Geri Phillips, an Army mom, told National Public Radio (NPR) member station WPLN. "We're sick of it. We don't need to be in any more countries." >Complete Report<
