Obama caught violating anti-torture treaty

The US is sending a delegation to Geneva next month to appear before a panel on whether or not the US is compliant with the United Nations Convention Against Torture Treaty, and Obama administration insiders are hotly debating the US' stance. Turns out, Obama has left open a legal loophole to protect him and the US from being sued should it choose to have the American military or the CIA torture folks abroad. The Resident discusses.
